⭐️ Parkwood Reflections Entry Form ⭐️
Reflections is an arts recognition and achievement program hosted by the National PTA. National PTA believes all children deserve a quality arts education and encourages students to pursue artistic expression through participation in its annual Reflections Program. The program offers students the opportunity to create and submit works of art in six areas:
- Dance/Choreography
- Film Production
- Literature
- Musical Composition
- Photography
- Visual Arts (includes art forms such as drawing, painting, print making and collage)
**Digital entries must be submitted on a thumbdrive**
Artwork can be created in the classroom or at home. It must meet the following criteria:
- It must relate the annual theme
- It must show creative ability.
- It must be the individual work of one student.
Several pieces will be selected from the entries received at Parkwood to go on to competition at the District level.

Submissions are due November 17th.
In order to be considered for the district and state levels, students must have a Reflections Entry Form filled out with caregiver info and signatures. If students don’t have this form, they will still receive a Parkwood certificate, but they will not be eligible for district or state.
