  1. Nominating Committee Update. Still trying to fill positions. General membership meeting for elections and interim budget 6/4 at volunteer tea.

  2. Barnes and Noble book fair report. No final financial report yet. Should have information within the next week.

  3. k-6 open house tomorrow 5/14 6:30 - 8:00.

  4. End of the year memo from council: Elections and names to the council. Interim budget and audit after June 30th. Starting the calendar for events in 2009 - 2010 school year. June 8th 6:30 - 8:30 council dessert/training function. Location Shoreline Center: cost $15 per unit.

  5. Would like to create a calendar of yearly events to provide parents well in advance.

  6. Highland Terrace Parenting Meeting. Would like to do alternate night to normal board meeting. Want to do on 6/9 0r 6/11. Need budget of $300 approved to get speaker. Going to pursue 6/11 as the preferred evening.
