Amanda Findley - Recently, the Cascade UniServ Council (a branch of the Washington Education Association representing the educators of the Edmonds, Northshore and Shoreline School Districts) produced a DVD entitled “A Call to Action: Ample funding for Washington Schools.” This 11-minute DVD outlines the challenges facing public schools today as described by a school superintendent, Washington Education Association president, teachers, and students. This documentary is meant to be just what the title states: A Call to Action.
